Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?

Order online through our store — pick your products and sizes, add them to the cart, and check out securely with a credit or debit card (processed by Stripe). Prefer to talk it through first? Call +1 (888) 889-1232 or email products@ecoprochem.com and we'll build the order with you.

Do you accept purchase orders or Net-30 terms?

Yes — verified municipal, government, and education accounts can apply for Net-30 invoice terms. Send your organization details through our contact page and we'll set up your account, typically within one business day. First orders on terms may have a limit while we establish the relationship.

Do you offer volume or reseller pricing?

Volume pricing is built into every product — 5-gallon pails and 30/55-gallon drums are automatically discounted 5–10% versus gallon cases. Resellers and distributors also receive tiered pricing through our rewards program; contact municipal@ecoprochem.com to discuss reseller terms.

Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Base rates for the contiguous US are calculated on total gallons: $75 for 1-6 gallons, $99 for 7-15, $155 for 16-30, $270 for 31-55, and $305 for 56-100 gallons. Orders over 100 gallons, and all Alaska, Hawaii, and US territory orders, ship by freight quote. Base rates are subject to change, and any adjustment for your destination is confirmed with you before your order ships. Preferred rewards members get free shipping on $1,000+ orders; Elite members on $500+ orders.

How long until my order arrives?

Products are blended and labeled fresh at our US production facility, and most orders ship within 5-10 business days of confirmation. Transit adds 1-5 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking the moment your order ships.

Do you ship 30 and 55-gallon drums?

Yes. Drums and orders over 100 total gallons ship by freight. Request a quote through the contact page and we'll confirm the exact freight cost within one business day, before you commit to the order.

Products & Safety

Where can I get an SDS (Safety Data Sheet)?

SDS documents are available on request for every product — email technical@ecoprochem.com with the product code (shown on each product page) and we'll send it over. Bid-ready documentation packages for RFPs are available on request as well.

Are your products eco-certified?

We don't claim third-party certifications we don't hold — that's our honesty standard. What we do offer: plant-derived and readily biodegradable formulations across much of the catalog, backed by SDS data and OECD 301 biodegradability testing. Every environmental claim we make is traceable to a data point, and our technical team can show you the source.

How do I know which product or dilution I need?

Each product page lists the intended application and concentration. If your situation is unusual — water condition, equipment, regulatory constraints — email technical@ecoprochem.com or call us. We'd rather spec the right product up front than sell you the wrong one.

Returns

What if my order arrives damaged?

Inspect on delivery and report damage or shortages within 48 hours to claims@ecoprochem.com with photos. We'll ship a replacement or credit you in full — no cost, no argument. Full details are on our returns page.

Can I return a product I ordered?

Unopened products in original packaging can be returned with prior authorization within 10 days of delivery, subject to a restocking charge of $30 or 20% (whichever is greater). Opened chemicals, regulated products, and custom items can't be returned for safety and regulatory reasons. Defective products are covered separately by our one-year warranty at no cost.

Rewards Program

How does the rewards program work?

Spending unlocks tiers automatically at checkout. Select ($1,000+): 5% discount and 1% store credit. Preferred ($5,000+): 10% discount, 2% credit, free shipping on $1,000+ orders, and phone support. Elite ($15,000+): 15% discount, 3% credit, free shipping on $500+ orders, a dedicated account manager, and early access to new products.
