Returns & Warranty

Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged in transit, missing, or not what you ordered, email claims@ecoprochem.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll ship a replacement or issue a full credit — your choice — at no cost to you. The 48-hour window matters: it's what lets us hold the carrier accountable, so please open and check your delivery promptly.

• All returns require prior authorization — email wecare@ecoprochem.com with your order number within 10 days of delivery. Unauthorized returns can't be accepted at the receiving dock.
• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
• Authorized returns carry a restocking charge of $30 or 20% of the returned items' value, whichever is greater, and return shipping is at the buyer's cost. (These are our supplier's terms passed through at cost — we don't add margin to returns.)
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.

For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used chemical products, products regulated under EPA or FDA registration, or custom and private-labeled items. If you're unsure whether a product suits your application, ask our technical team before you order — we'd rather help you buy the right product than process a return.

Every Eco Pro Chem product is warranted to be free of defects in materials and formulation for one year from delivery and to conform to its published specifications. If a product fails that standard, we'll replace it or refund your purchase price. This warranty doesn't cover misuse, improper dilution, or storage outside label conditions — when in doubt, the label and SDS govern, and technical@ecoprochem.com is there to help.
