How it works
Each package in your order — a case, a pail, or a drum — is rated by its own size band below, then scaled by a distance zone from our production facility. A 10-case order costs more to ship than one drum of the same total volume, because it really is more freight — this is the same logic used at checkout, not a flat per-order rate.

Base rate scales up to 1.45× for farther zones (we ship from Wisconsin) — the estimator above calculates your real zone from your ZIP automatically.
Base rates are current as of July 2026 and subject to change without notice. Actual shipping cost can vary with carrier fuel surcharges and applicable state or local taxes and fees — any difference from the estimate is quoted to you for approval before your order ships.
Processing & delivery
Products are blended, labeled, and shipped from our US production facility. Most orders ship within 5–10 business days of order confirmation, and you'll receive tracking as soon as your order is on its way. Delivery dates are estimates — large orders may ship in more than one consignment, at no extra cost to you.
Alaska, Hawaii & US territories
Orders ship by air or sea freight — request a quote via the contact page and we'll confirm the exact cost before you order.
Special handling
Certain products ship as regulated materials and must travel by ground. Delivery services like lift gates, inside delivery, or limited-access locations can carry carrier fees — if your order needs any of these, we'll confirm the cost with you before it ships. Nothing is billed without your OK.
Damaged in transit?
Inspect your order at delivery. If anything arrives damaged or short, report it within 48 hours to claims@ecoprochem.com with photos and we'll replace it or credit you — see our returns policy for details.
