Simple base rates for the contiguous US, calculated on the total gallons in your order. If your shipment ever needs an adjusted rate, we confirm it with you before anything ships — no surprises.

Alaska, Hawaii & US territories: orders ship by air or sea freight — request a quote via the contact page and we'll confirm the exact cost before you order.
Base rates are current as of July 2026 and subject to change without notice. Actual shipping cost can vary with destination, carrier fuel surcharges, and applicable state or local taxes and fees — any difference from the base rate is quoted to you for approval before your order ships.
Rewards members ship for less: Preferred members get free shipping on orders over $1,000, and Elite members get free shipping on orders over $500.
Processing & delivery
Products are blended, labeled, and shipped from our US production facility. Most orders ship within 5–10 business days of order confirmation, and you'll receive tracking as soon as your order is on its way. Delivery dates are estimates — large orders may ship in more than one consignment, at no extra cost to you.
Bulk & drum orders
Orders over 100 gallons — including 30 and 55-gallon drums in quantity — ship by freight at real cost. Email shipping@ecoprochem.com, use the contact page, or call us — we'll respond within one business day with the freight cost before you commit to anything.
Special handling
Certain products ship as regulated materials and must travel by ground. Delivery services like lift gates, inside delivery, or limited-access locations can carry carrier fees — if your order needs any of these, we'll confirm the cost with you before it ships. Nothing is billed without your OK.
Damaged in transit?
Inspect your order at delivery. If anything arrives damaged or short, report it within 48 hours to claims@ecoprochem.com with photos and we'll replace it or credit you — see our returns policy for details.
